This equipment has a 12-month limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials while in normal household use from the date of delivery to the customer. During the warranty period, it will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge provided that: (1) the equipment is returned to its place of purchase at purchaser’s expense; (2) the equipment has been used by the purchaser for own use and not used for hire purposes; (3) the equipment has not been handled carelessly or misused or otherwise than in accordance with any instruction provided in respect of its use; (4) repairs have not been attempted other than by our staff or an authorised agent; (5) it does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage; (6) it does not cover claims for cracks or broken glass structures. In no event shall our liability exceed the replacement or retail value of the goods purchased. This warranty does not confer rights other than those expressly set out above. This warranty is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

DIVINE WATER DISTILLER WARRANTY

Whilst in normal household use from the date of purchase of unit, this equipment has 2 years limited warranty ( 1 year limited warranty for commercial use ) against manufacturing defects on the boiling chamber, and electrical circut board; one year on heating element and labour and ten years limited warranty on other stainless steel parts, with the first 5 years on full warranty and after 5 years the stainless steel parts are warranted on a pro rata replacement cost basis limited to 10 years from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, it will be repaired or have parts replaced as stated earlier provided that: (i) the equipment is returned to the place of purchase at purchaser’s expense; (ii) the equipment has been used by the purchaser for own use and not used for commercial or hire purposes; (iii) the equipment has not been handled carelessly or misused or otherwise than in accordance with any instruction provided in respect of its use; (iv) repairs have not been attempted other than by authorised personnel; (v) the warranty does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage; (vi) it does not cover claims for cracks or broken glass structures. In no event shall our liability exceed the replacement or retail value of the goods purchased. This warranty does not confer rights other than those expressly set out above. This warranty is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty is void if the damage or defect is caused by Act of God, accident, customer abuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, vandalism or misuse.
