limited warranty against defects in
workmanship and materials while in normal household use from the
date of delivery to the customer. During the warranty period, it will
be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge provided that:

the equipment is returned to its place of purchase at purchaser’s
expense;
(2)
the equipment has been used by the purchaser for own use
and not used for hire purposes;
(3)
the equipment has not been handled
carelessly or misused or otherwise than in accordance with any
instruction provided in respect of its use;
(4) repairs have not
been
attempted other than by our staff or an authorised agent;
(5) it does
not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage;
(6) it does not
cover claims for cracks or broken glass structures. In no event shall
